ProcessLab Conference 2016

The future of processes – do we know how they will look?

The future of processes – do we know how they will look? For sure future processes, as often discussed, should be lean, innovative and digital, but what exactly does that mean, in particular for the financial sector? How do these modern buzzwords find their reality in practice?

Ideas that are worth to talking about. Numerous managers, employees, innovation and digitization experts and operational excellence leaders took that opportunity and participated in the recent ProcessLab Anniversary Conference on June 9, 2016 at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

Frank Annuscheit, board member of Commerzbank AG, opened the conference with his thoughts on "Digital Transformation Processes - Trends and Challenges". This was followed by lectures, from, amongst others, Alexander Thomas, Senior Advisor Territory Quality Efficiency at BNP Paribas and Dr. Oliver-Sven Penger, Executive Vice President, Account Service at German bank PGK AG.

In his familiar electrifying manner special guest Christoph Bornschein, Managing Director at TLGG – Torben, Lucie und die Gelbe Gefahr GmbH asked the audience the question "Time to Customer: What does digitalization mean for business models?".

Prof. Leslie P. Willcocks of London School of Economics built to an exciting finale and took the participants on a journey to the future using “Process Automation and the Future of Work - The Robots Are Already Here .... how will this concept change our working world of tomorrow?” as his theme.

We thank the organizers of Frankfurt School for a successful event and we are already looking forward to ProcessLab conference 2017
